The following Board of Trustees were elected at the Glen Meadows Estates HOA Annual Meeting on June 1, 2024. Each will serve a term of three (3) years.

The Glen Meadows Estates DCCRs do not mention Officers of the Board. However, Missouri non profit statute 355.431 Required Officers states
1. "Unless otherwise provided in the articles or bylaws, a corporation shall have a chairman or president, a secretary, a treasurer and such other officers as are appointed by the Board. In addition.....the articles or bylaws may provide for the direct election of officers of the corporation by the members.
